If a cancellation is made less than 24 hours before the agreed start of the transport service, there is no entitlement to a refund.

Cancellations can be made by email, telephone or through the contact options provided on our website.
The cancellation is considered effective at the time it is received by us.
4. Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days using the original payment method.
5. Changes to the Cancellation Policy
MA Logistik Wien reserves the right to amend these cancellation terms at any time.
